These terms apply when you use the Art Jones Carpentry website at artjonescarpentry.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The information on this site
This website is here to tell you about Art's work and to help you get in touch. The descriptions, prices discussed, and service details are general information, not a binding offer or contract. Any actual quote, scope of work, and workmanship warranty is agreed and confirmed in writing between you and Art before the work begins.
Reviews you submit
When you submit a review through this site, you agree that:
- it describes your own genuine experience with Art Jones Carpentry;
- if you tick the consent box, you give Art permission to publish it on this site, showing your first name, last initial and town (never your email);
- Art may choose not to publish any review, and may remove any published review at any time, at his discretion;
- you will not submit anything false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or that isn't yours to share.
You can ask Art to remove your published review at any time by contacting him.
Our content
The text, logo, and design of this website belong to Art Jones Carpentry. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. The photographs used for illustration on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
The site is provided "as is"
We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Art Jones Carpentry isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the website itself. This does not limit anything agreed in a signed contract for actual carpentry work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
